XRP is the native governance and utility token of xMagnetic, issued on XRP Ledger. XRP serves multiple functions: governance voting in the xMagnetic DAO, staking for yield (up to 38% APY), liquidity mining rewards, protocol fee discounts, and participation in airdrop and incentive campaigns. Total supply is 10 billion XRP.

Swaps on XRPL settle in 3–5 seconds with fees under $0.001. xMagnetic uses an AMM model with best-rate routing across all pools for optimal execution.

xMagnetic Bridge currently supports asset transfers between XRP Ledger, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Solana. Bridge transactions are secured by a decentralized relayer network and cryptographic message proofs. Bridge transfers typically complete in 3–10 minutes depending on destination chain finality time. Polygon and Avalanche support are planned for Q3 2025.

xMagnetic allocated 500 million XRP tokens (5% of supply) to the community airdrop. Eligibility was determined by an on-chain snapshot of XRPL wallets that held XRP, traded on XRPL DEXes, or interacted with xMagnetic prior to the snapshot date. To claim: connect your XRPL wallet in the Airdrop tab, check your allocation, and submit the claim transaction. Claims close Q3 2025.

Stake XRP tokens in the xMagnetic Staking Vault to earn yield paid in XRP. There are four tiers: Flexible (8.5% APY) with no lock-up and instant unstaking; 30-day lock (18% APY); 60-day lock (28% APY); and 90-day lock (38% APY) for maximum returns. The auto-compound option reinvests daily rewards for maximized compounding effect. Yield is sourced from protocol fees and the liquidity mining emissions schedule.

xMagnetic liquidity pools are automated market makers (AMM) running on XRP Ledger's native AMM feature (XRPL Amendment). When you add liquidity to a pool (e.g., XRP/XRP), you deposit equal values of both tokens and receive LP tokens representing your share. You earn 0.3% of every swap that passes through the pool, proportional to your share. LP tokens can be staked for additional XRP rewards on top of trading fees.

xMagnetic supports all major XRPL-compatible wallets including Xumm (XAMAN), Crossmark, Ledger hardware wallet (via Ledger Live XRPL app), GemWallet, and D'CENT. For cross-chain bridge interactions involving Ethereum or BNB Chain, MetaMask and WalletConnect-compatible wallets are also supported. Mobile users can connect via QR code through the XAMAN app.

XRP Ledger processes up to 1,500 transactions per second with 3–5 second finality, compared to Ethereum's ~15 TPS and 15-second block time. Transaction fees on XRPL are typically $0.0001–$0.001, versus Ethereum's $5–$50+ gas fees. XRPL also has a native DEX built into the protocol, no smart-contract execution bottleneck, and near-zero energy consumption due to its Federated Byzantine Agreement consensus mechanism.

Yes. xMagnetic smart contracts and protocol code have been audited by CertiK and Halborn Security, two of the most respected blockchain security firms. All audit reports are publicly available. Additionally, the protocol runs a $500,000 bug bounty program through Immunefi. As with all DeFi protocols, users should DYOR and understand the inherent risks of smart contract interactions.

xMagnetic DAO is the decentralized governance body that controls the protocol. Any wallet holding at least 1,000 XRP can participate in governance votes. With 10,000 XRP, you can submit new proposals. Governance decisions include fee rate changes, new pool listings, bridge integrations, treasury allocation, and protocol upgrades. All votes are recorded on-chain on XRP Ledger for full transparency.

Swap fee is 0.3% per trade, distributed as follows: 0.25% to liquidity providers in the relevant pool, and 0.05% to the xMagnetic DAO treasury. Bridge fees are 0.1% of the bridged amount plus destination chain gas costs. Advanced trading (limit orders) has a 0.1% maker fee and 0.2% taker fee. XRP holders staking 50,000+ XRP receive a 25% fee discount across all products.

Total XRP supply is 10,000,000,000 (10 billion) tokens. Distribution: 32% Community Rewards & Airdrop, 28% Liquidity Mining Emissions (over 4 years), 20% Team & Advisors (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff), 12% Ecosystem & Partnerships Fund, 8% Seed & Strategic Investors. A deflationary buyback mechanism uses 20% of protocol revenue to buy and burn XRP quarterly.

Yes. xMagnetic is fully optimized for mobile browsers. Connect using XAMAN (Xumm) app by scanning the wallet connect QR code, or use any mobile wallet with WalletConnect support. A dedicated xMagnetic mobile app for iOS and Android is planned for Q3 2025 with enhanced UI, push notifications for staking rewards, and one-tap swaps.

The XRP/XRP price is determined by supply and demand in xMagnetic's AMM liquidity pools, not fixed by any entity. As of the latest data, 1 XRP ≈ 847 XRP, implying an XRP price of approximately $0.00138 at current XRP prices. Price moves with trading activity. You can always check the live rate in the Swap widget or the Markets tab. xMagnetic integrates with multiple price oracles for fair market rates.

Staking yield comes from two sources: (1) XRP token emissions — a scheduled release of XRP from the 28% Liquidity Mining pool distributed to stakers daily over 4 years; and (2) Protocol fee revenue — 50% of all protocol fees (swaps, bridge, trading) flow to the staking vault and are distributed proportionally to stakers. The combination of emissions and real fee revenue creates sustainable, attractive APYs.

Yes — like all AMM protocols, xMagnetic liquidity pools are subject to impermanent loss (IL) when the relative price of pooled tokens changes. IL is typically offset by trading fee income over time. Stablecoin pools (e.g., RLUSD/USDT) have minimal IL. xMagnetic v2 introduces concentrated liquidity positions (CLMM) that allow LPs to set custom price ranges, improving fee capture and reducing effective IL for active managers.

The xMagnetic Launchpad (planned Q3 2025) will be an IDO/token launch platform for new XRPL-native projects. XRP stakers get guaranteed allocation in Launchpad sales based on their staking tier. The Launchpad will be the primary venue for XRPL token launches, providing projects with immediate access to xMagnetic's 100,000+ user base and deep liquidity infrastructure.
